Nancy is not the typical mortgage loan officer you will find in today’s mortgage market.  She has been doing mortgages since 1986 and for one reason—she has a true love of the business.  She enjoys working with her customers and analyzing what is best for them.  She is a firm believer in understanding the customer’s needs by analyzing their entire financial situation before deciding the best type of mortgage for them.  Nancy also enjoys learning all the new mortgage products and keeping abreast with the technological changes that have occurred over the last 18 years.  As a graduate of Ball State University, she believes in the old adage, “Knowledge is Power” and she strives to give her customers the knowledge they will need when making what will probably be their largest purchase—their home.

Nancy also understands the importance of your time.  She will respect your time and work with you on your schedule, whether it is by phone, mail, or in person.  Because of Nancy’s experience and her personal attention to each client, many of her clients have been her customers over many years, as well as their children, their brothers and sisters, etc.  The referrals of friends and family have been vitally important to her business through the years.

When purchasing a new home, Nancy is the first person to contact.  Why?  Because she understands that purchasing a home can be very stressful.  During the 1970’s and early 1980’s, Nancy moved around the country—from Long Island, NY to Jackson, MS buying and selling homes.  She understands first hand the stress involved in finding the right home, getting financing, picking the right realtor, packing belongings, hiring moving companies and then finally getting settled in that new home.  Nancy will work with all parties concerned to make your move smooth.

Nancy, an Anderson native, enjoys giving back to the community.  She serves on the community service committee through the Anderson/Madison County Board of Realtors and serves on the board of the Anderson Altrusa Club providing educational scholarships in Madison County.
