1. Links:  You have the option of having immediate Internet linked access to your personal web site, which is included in our "Preferred Providers" section of this website (Click Here to view this section).  There are a limited number of openings available, with priority placement based upon the quantity and quality of business you send to us.  In short, we provide referrals to those who do business with us.                   
      
2. Referrals:  Along with our innovative consumer direct marketing campaigns, we receive online loan applications daily from prospects who are referred to us from friends, neighbors, local businesses, etc., as well as people surfing the net who are relocating to the Pacific Northwest area.  Often those applicants are interested in being pre-approved before they begin the process of looking for a home.  At application, we ask them if they are currently working with a Real Estate Professional  (Click here to see the special form we have created for this purpose; it accompanies each & every loan application we take; requires Adobe Reader).  Once pre-approved, if these clients require the services of a Real Estate Professional, we will refer them to our Preferred Providers, as a way to generate business for us both.
    
3.
